Between tasks yesterday, I decided to play in ChatGPT for a few minutes. In one sense, ChatGPT is basically a giant collection of common zeitgeists from recent history. So when you ask for educated guesses, or narrowly defined creative output, you often get results that represent what “the world” thinks, or what an average professional would do when given a similar task.
This can result in the same effect you would get from doing extensive research, and then summarizing it in easily comprehensible and practical terms—except you arrive at that endpoint by having a quick conversation instead.
Below are the results of the conversation I had.

Conclusion
The results were impressive—especially the job posting. It looked very much like something I would expect to see on a job site. In fact, if I ever need to create a JD in the future, I may do a similar exercise in the future (but with more detailed information given to ChatGPT) as a first pass.
I’m looking forward to using AI tech that is still on the horizon. Exercises like this will soon be even more powerful.
